Regional fast food chain Cook Out has expanded its local footprint with a brand-new location in Montgomery’s thriving EastChase lifestyle center.

The new restaurant, located at 8859 Eastchase Pkwy., held its grand opening on Wednesday, Sept. 9. The eatery sits right in the heart of a popular commercial hub between Taco Bell and Guthrie’s Golden Chicken Fingers. This site marks the second Cook Out location to serve Montgomery residents, following the debut of its Zelda Road unit in 2019.

Unlike the city’s original Zelda Road location, which caters exclusively to walk-up and drive-thru customers, the new Eastchase Parkway site introduces a fully equipped dining room. Along with indoor seating, guests can also enjoy carryout service and a double drive-thru.

  • The famous Cook Out tray: Customizable combination meals pairing a main entry with two side items, ranging from hushpuppies and corn dogs to chicken quesadillas and fries

A major draw of this brand-new Cook Out in east Montgomery is its commitment to serving late-night diners. Operating as one of only a handful of eateries catering to late-night cravings in the EastChase corridor, the restaurant maintains the following schedule:

  • Sunday – Thursday: 10:30AM–2AM
  • Friday – Saturday: 10:30AM–3AM

Travelers and commuters navigating the nearby thoroughfares will easily spot the building thanks to a distinct design feature: a rotating spatula-shaped sign positioned behind the structure to catch the eye of motorists traveling along Boyd Cooper Parkway and Interstate 85.

Whether you are looking for a quick lunch, an easy family dinner or a midnight snack, the expanded layout and double drive-thru ensure fast, convenient service during peak traffic hours.
