
Ford Motor Company has partnered with Trenholm State Community College to launch a new TRAC Automotive Program, the first nationwide pilot of its kind.
The program is a workforce-focused partnership that includes local Ford dealerships, preparing students to become certified Ford Service Technicians.

TRAC Automotive Program in Montgomery
The program is available for adults + high school students through a two-semester mini-term format totaling 34 credit hours across 12 courses.
Through an “Earn While You Learn” model, students gain classroom instruction alongside real-world dealership experience, preparing them for careers servicing Ford and Lincoln vehicles, including hybrid and electric technologies.
Ford will provide vehicles, equipment and training resources to create a direct pathway to industry credentials, employment and long-term career growth.
