The Hampstead neighborhood in east Montgomery continues to grow, nearly two decades after residents moved into the community’s first homes.

Along with additional residential housing, this master-planned urban community is officially adding a brand-new mixed-use development. Located near the intersection of Hampstead High Street and Mercer Street, the project marks another phase of growth for the area.

  • First floor: Two street-level retail spaces
  • Second floor: Dedicated office space
  • Third floor: Two high-end residential condos

Construction is underway at the site, with architectural design by Cherry McNab Architects and general contracting led by Hampstead Builders Company. While work progresses, no official announcements have been made regarding future tenants for the retail or office spaces.
