Holiday shoppers in the River Region can get excited for some festive sweetness. The Priester’s Pecans holiday pop-up location at The Shoppes at EastChase has been officially revealed.
The seasonal store will take over the space last used by women’s apparel retailer South Boutique, located between LOT and Chico’s.
New at the 2026 Priester’s Pecans pop-up shop in Montgomery

Priester’s is widely known for its famous pecans and iconic retail store located along Interstate 65 in neighboring Lowndes County. For local fans, however, the family-owned business has successfully operated a holiday pop-up in EastChase since at least 2012.
Year after year, shoppers flock to the satellite shop to purchase a wide variety of flavored pecans, gourmet sweets and holiday gifts for friends and family.
For the past few years, the beloved retailer has operated out of the same location in EastChase: the former Express store. However, with that space preparing for a new long-term tenant, Priester’s Pecans is shifting down a few doors.
When is Priester’s opening at EastChase in 2026?
We’ll keep you updated as the business releases official opening details and hours for the 2026 holiday season.
Although signage is already up at the new address, an official opening date has not yet been announced. The temporary store typically arrives in early November each year, just in time for the holiday shopping rush.
