New smiles in Millbrook: Dentistry for Children celebrates ribbon cutting
Reading time: 2 minutes

The ribbon is officially cut for Dentistry for Children in Millbrook!
The Millbrook Area Chamber of Commerce gathered Thursday, Aug. 20, with team members, community members and local leaders to celebrate the official opening of the new pediatric dental practice led by Dr. Julia Schreiber and Dr. LaKeshia Thomas.
Here are the details on the new facility and what this expansion brings to the River Region.
Convenient dental care for kids off Hwy. 14 in Millbrook

Located at 207 Ashton Plaza in Millbrook, the facility off Hwy. 14 is designed to provide specialized, compassionate oral health care tailored specifically for young patients.
This new location marks an expansion for Dentistry for Children, which already serves patients at its established offices in Montgomery and Wetumpka. While the chamber ribbon-cutting marks the practice’s official welcome into the Millbrook business community, Dr. Schreiber, Dr. Thomas and their team actually began serving families at the new location on June 17.
Building healthy smiles across Millbrook + the River Region

The growth into Elmore County gives local parents another convenient, closer-to-home option for pediatric dental checkups, preventive care and specialized treatments. The practice’s team expressed excitement about setting down long-term roots in Millbrook alongside its offices across the area.
“We’re grateful to be part of the Millbrook community and look forward to creating healthy smiles for families throughout the River Region for many years to come!”
