New Prattville restaurants: Nothing But Noodles, Namaste coming soon
Reading time: 2 minutes

Two new restaurants are officially making their way to north Prattville, bringing a great mix of global flavors to the area’s food scene.
City officials announced Tuesday, June 23, that Nothing But Noodles and Namaste will be opening side-by-side at 288 Interstate Commercial Park Loop. The upcoming development is conveniently located just off Interstate 65 at Exit 181, placing the new eateries right in the heart of a bustling commercial hub alongside established retailers and restaurants.
Construction is already underway for the building that will house both brands, marking an exciting new chapter for area foodies.
Nothing But Noodles + Namaste bring global menus to Prattville

If you love variety, this new dual-concept development is going to be your next go-to spot. Both brands are entirely new to the River Region market, offering distinctly different, but equally delicious, menus.
A fast-casual favorite, Nothing But Noodles serves up made-to-order dishes ranging from American and Asian to Italian-inspired pastas. The diverse menu also features fresh hand-tossed salads, quick appetizers and desserts.
Right next door, Namaste will introduce the community to its authentic Indian and Nepali dishes, crafted with rich spices and fresh ingredients. Guests can look forward to signature curries, tandoor-grilled meats and fresh-baked naan.
While city officials note that specific opening dates will be released at a later time, the visible construction progress means Prattville residents won’t have to wait too much longer to get a taste.
