New dual-brand Hilton hotel underway in east Montgomery
Reading time: 2 minutes

A new east Montgomery hotel development will bring two brands under one roof. Construction is underway for the four-story dual Tru by Hilton and LivSmart Studios by Hilton at the corner of Eastchase Lane and Berryhill Road. Active site clearing, grading and infrastructure work can be seen taking shape across the property.
The project marks another major investment for RAM Hotels, a prominent developer that already has several hotels established within the EastChase development. This momentum follows right on the heels of a double ribbon-cutting ceremony held just last week for the company’s newest local additions, Home2 Suites by Hilton and Residence Inn by Marriott.
Hilton’s newer midscale + extended-stay lodging format

This upcoming four-story property introduces Hilton’s newer midscale and extended-stay lodging format to the region. By combining two distinct concepts into a single structure, the development aims to cater to a wide variety of travelers visiting the capital city.
Tru by Hilton is well-known for its vibrant, modern and energetic vibe geared toward value-conscious travelers, while LivSmart Studios by Hilton is tailored specifically for guests looking for reliable, comfortable extended-stay accommodations.
Bringing Tru + LivSmart Studios to EastChase

This venture marks both brands’ very first locations in the capital city. Even more notably, RAM Hotels shared that this project represents the very first co-branded Tru by Hilton and LivSmart Studios by Hilton in the entire United States.
Construction fencing, heavy equipment and utility groundwork are currently visible at the site, signaling rapid progress for the development. The dual-brand hotel is slated to welcome its very first guests next year.
