We are hiring a full-time Senior Content Producer to take the helm of Montgomery UP and produce statewide stories on The Bama Buzz to exponentially grow our audience.

- A seasoned journalist: You are an experienced news writer and researcher (5+ years) with experience in WordPress. You dig deep into topics to extract succinct yet impactful takeaways.
- Strategic growth mindset: You think at a high level, constantly pitching innovative ideas to grow our media presence and better serve our audience.
- The competitive edge: You live for the “scoop.” You are a natural source-builder who understands that strong relationships are the key to beating the competition.
- Multimedia + social mastery
- Visual Storyteller: You are as comfortable behind the camera as you are in front of it. Whether it’s framing the perfect shot or adjusting light settings, you have a keen eye for visual content.
- Platform Expert: You have a professional or personal command of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok and know how to use these tools to drive engagement.
