LivAway Suites expands its national footprint with new Montgomery hotel
Reading time: 2 minutes

LivAway Suites, a rapidly expanding extended-stay hotel chain, has broken ground in Montgomery, marking its very first location in Alabama.
If you’ve driven along Chantilly Parkway recently, you might have noticed construction crews hard at work as this new brand makes its grand entrance into the River Region.
Keep reading for all the details on what LivAway Suites is bringing to the site.
What’s being built on Chantilly Parkway in Montgomery

According to city planning documents, the new multi-story LivAway Suites will feature 126 rooms tailored specifically for guests looking for comfortable, functional, long-term accommodations.
The new development will be located at 10035 Chantilly Parkway, tucked right between Comfort Inn & Suites and Burger King. This multi-story layout will boast 126 residentially inspired suites, and Wasatch DC Builders is spearheading the job site as the general contractor.
Site prep is already fully underway. Construction crews recently cleared out a partially wooded lot on Montgomery’s bustling east side to make room for the development.
What to expect from the new LivAway Suites brand

What makes LivAway Suites stand out from the crowd? Unlike most spots you book along the highway, this brand doesn’t operate under a legacy hospitality corporation like Marriott or Hilton. Instead, it’s a standalone, developer-centric brand created by West77 Partners.
LivAway Suites launched its first location in Utah in 2024. The chain already has more than a dozen spots open across the country, with dozens more in the pipeline.
Montgomery gets bragging rights for the brand’s official Alabama debut, but it won’t be the state’s only location for long, as a future site is already planned for Huntsville!
