DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\nHands-on art!This is a multisensory engaging art experience tailored for children with ASD who enjoy engaging in artwork. \n\n\n\n\nWelcome to the Sensory Art Workshop Experience! \nThis event was created specifically for chidlren with ASD as a mulitsensory outlet that sparks creativity and social engagment. \nWe will be creating a Puffy Paint Octopus! \nThe Octopus foam outlines will be precut and set for each participant in various colors for them to choose from\, so that they can focus on mixing and applying their puffy paint. \nNeed To Know \n\nChild must have chaperone\nOnly one adult chaperone per child per ticket\nChaperones may sit in the parents lounge area\nWe will be using school glue\, tacky glue\, bubble wrap\, foam sheets and shaving cream. If your child has any allergies to these they will not be able to attend.\n\nYou may arrive 15 minutes early to check in and give your child a few extra minutes to get acclimated to the space. \nChaperones may stand and engage with artwork or watch from parent lounge area. Our “art buddies” will be there to assist and answer any questions that you may have about the project. Everyone must take home their creations at the end of the event. \nIf a behavioral occurrence happens in which the child needs to be removed from the art area\, a small calm down area will be available.
