Chase Bank is making a big push in Montgomery, with the upcoming opening of two branches.
The upcoming launch of two branches will bring Chase’s full suite of consumer and business banking services directly to the River Region.
Chase Bank preps to open first Montgomery branch later this year

Construction is in full swing on the first location, which will be located at 2710 Taylor Road in east Montgomery near the intersection of Vaughn Road. This will be a continuation of sorts for the site, which last housed a two-story PNC Bank building.
Chase Bank demolished the building for its own smaller design. Work has been going on for several months. Hiring is underway and the branch is expected to open later this year.

City permits show construction is also underway for a second Chase Bank branch in Montgomery. This bank will be located at 3118 Zelda Road in midtown Montgomery. That’s next to the Zelda Place shopping plaza, anchored by Publix. Construction just got underway in recent weeks. No word yet on when this branch is expected to open.
Chase has been expanding across Alabama over the past several years. With these new locations in Montgomery, it will round out the national bank’s presence in Alabama’s four major cities—open or planned—along with several other metro areas in the state.
