According to listing details from Moore Company Realty, the 45,349-square-foot facility that houses Bama Lanes is on the market for $2,100,000. The firm notes that the property offers an opportunity to acquire an established entertainment destination in one of central Alabama’s fastest-growing commercial markets.

Located at 1714 East Main Street, the building sits within the Prattville East Shopping Center, sharing the plaza with retailers like Royal Furniture and America’s Thrift Stores, as well as several restaurants. The facility is positioned just off Cobbs Ford Road and sits a few minutes from Interstate 65 and the broader Montgomery metropolitan area

Property records show the building is currently owned by Steven Lander of Lander Properties. While Lander is selling the real estate asset itself, Moore Company Realty confirms he will continue to operate the bowling business out of the location. Bama Lanes will lease the space from the new property owner under a brand-new, 10-year Absolute NNN lease, the listing states.

The interior layout of the long-standing entertainment venue has three primary functional spaces:

  • 24 operational bowling lanes
  • A community arcade area
  • An operational restaurant grill
